Perfecto Positive: Departamento cómodo en una linda zona , cerca varios supermercado y la parada de trasporte público a la salida del dpto. Cerca de los puntos turísticos

Positive: The location was great, clean apartment, functional wifi and very responsive communication with host, clear instructions. Nice safe and quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to public transit to central Zurich, grocery stores and bakery within 2 min walk. Negative: Only provided 3 blankets for 4 people despite a follow-up request after check-in. There was no soap/ shampoo in the bathroom. There was no coffee / tea in the apartment either.

A kulcsátvétel kivételével mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Positive: A lakás elhelyezkedése, felszereltsége, tisztasága. Negative: A foglaláskor rögtön tájékoztatni kellene az ügyfelet, hogy milyen módon és hol veheti át a kulcsot. Nálunk ez külön emailezgetés formájában valósult meg, amikor a bejárat elött álltunk. Igaz a probléma megoldódott, de lehetne gördülékenyebb, hogy ne érezze az utazó, hogy most aztán hogy jutok be a lakásba.
